Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Digital downloads and music products
- Final sale items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at officiallovesheaven@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or have received a defective item, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at officiallovesheaven@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
